When will it arrive?
Free tracked shipping across Australia. We prepare your order in 3 to 4 business days, then it takes 7 to 12 business days in transit: 10 to 16 business days in total. Orders after 6:00 pm Sydney time start the next business day. We deliver to street addresses, not PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
Can I return it?
Swimwear, underwear and earrings can't be returned for change of mind, for hygiene reasons. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are always covered within 30 days of delivery, and we pay the return. Start a return.

A different size counts as a change of mind, so check the size guide and email us before you order if you are unsure.
