Start a return

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Send us this form and we will reply within 24 hours on business days with the return instructions. Please do not send anything back before your return is approved.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item? Email support@paisleylux.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover any return shipping.

Want a different size or colour? Return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Change-of-mind items must be unworn with tags attached, and return shipping is at your cost. Swimwear, underwear and earrings can't be returned for change of mind, for hygiene reasons. Read the full Return and refund policy.
